Ban Sainai Resort offers its guests a kids' pool, an outdoor pool, and a fitness centre. Along with a restaurant, there's a coffee shop/cafe on site. You can enjoy a drink at the pool bar. Public spaces have free WiFi. Spa services, a terrace, and tour or ticket assistance are also featured at the business-friendly Ban Sainai Resort. You'll have access to the outdoor pool at a partner property. A free area shuttle within 1.6 kilometres is available. Self parking is free. A complete renovation of Ban Sainai Resort was completed in April 2021. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 4-star Krabi resort.

Ban Sainai Resort offers 40 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars and a safe. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas. Beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. 42-inch LCD televisions come with cable channels. Guests can make use of the in-room fridges and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms include dressing gowns, slippers, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers. This Krabi resort provides complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks and telephones. Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottles of water and an iron/ironing board. Housekeeping is provided on a daily basis. Renovation of all guestrooms was completed in April 2021.
