It was spotlessly clean and the amenities were very good. Our room was cleaned every day and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is positioned only 5 minutes walk from Krabi beach and is ideally placed amongst some good restaurants. The breakfast buffet was adequate and gave a variety of foods

Convenient location. Near the beach and the spot where you book a boat to Railey Beach. The hotel is a little behind the Main Street so I had no problem with the noise level. They also have someone present who can help you book tours and transfers. Only issue was a damp smell that was present whenever the AC was turned off.

Quiet and comfortable with a good pool and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Short 5 min walk to the beach and good food to be had. Super large bed and large rooms extra seating options, balcony with table and chairs. Staff were great and restaurant had plenty of options for food and room service.

Good location.

Good location. Quick check in. Lobby looked nice. We were on floor 4 and had a mountain view... this is a must if you want a quiet room. The front facing/pool view rooms you hear the clubs and bars. The hotel could do with abit of love... the corridors are alittle "hospital" looking and not particularly welcoming. The room was good enough as a base for our trip. Nothing fancy but we only paid £100 for 3 nights b&b. So good value for money. The only downside for myself is the air-con. Although it worked, it was noisy and for some reason just in the doorway there was a flashing green light in the ceiling vent. This flashed ALL night. Im not a great sleeper and this didnt help. Breakfast was plain but there was enough choice to find something. The pool area was clean and tidy. There was a small bar at the poolside but i didnt ever see someone serving. The reception staff were polite on arrival but didnt seem to like us asking any questions after this.

Hotel is close to the beach and very convenient. Our room had a damp smell when we arrived, and the staff helped light a candle with perfume to help alleviate some of the odour. We had to keep the AC running 24/7 to reduce some of the humidity in the room, if the room had a dehumidifier it would have been more comfortable.
