Very welcoming when we arrived and gave us lots of useful information about the area. The restaurant serves delicious food and great cocktails. The room was quiet and spacious and clean. Highly recommend it and it was well placed for walking to lots of local sights

This hotel is conveniently located. Nearer the Jewish quarter than the old town. The main town centre square is about a 10 minute walk away and is pretty much a straight road. Breakfast was really good with a large selection of continental choices, bacon sausages and eggs. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again. This hotel is also just minutes away from Krakow Grzegorzki train station which is 7 stops from the airport.

Well located property for all elements of the city, everything is pretty much walkable. Restaurant and bar are very good and not expensive. Rooms all a good size, one of our party did have an issue with a drains smell but this was dealt with and sorted.

I asked for Expedia upgrade and was told there was no such thing. Front desk also got my reservation wrong at first. I had paid to upgrade room and added breakfast before arrival they had trouble finding the record I had to provide receipt. It was awkward.

Superb hotel. Everything is excellent! The rooms are clean, relaxing and spacious. It’s a luxurious hotel yet very modern. The staff are all very efficient and hard working but also very attentive to the guests needs. The breakfast was fantastic. The area around the hotel is quiet but has plenty of food options. The hotel is a walk away from the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. Highest recommendation!

We checked in around midnight but staff were very accommodating and polite. The room and bathroom was very clean. We had a corner room facing backyard which was larger than average and quiet. Supermarket just across the road from Hotel, handy for water or fresh fruit. Nice bakery shop around and within walking distance to the centre. Hotel situated at the end of a quiet road. Would recommend.
