Lovely Boutique Hotel

Pros: The friendly staff...from front of desk,retaurant to the cleaner. And of course the excellent breakfast.
Cons: The mattresses could be improved and the single beds looked abit shabby.
Location: Perfect location to get the Old Town Square,with a lovely walk through the park to get there.
A friendly warm welcome from start to finish from every member of staff. The breakfast was above average,with the choice to have freshly cooked eggs any style you want. Fabulous Spa treatments,I really enjoyed the Hot Stone Massage and being able to book out the sauna for private use. Will definitely be returning in the very near future.

Nice little hotel

This hotel is easy to find and nicely situated to explore most of the attractions on foot. Great breakfast and the staff are all lovely. The amarylis restaurant is also great value.

Our stay in krakow

Pros: Everything
Location: The hotel is a 15 min walk to the main square but it is a pleasant walk through a park make sure you have comfy shoes there is a lot of walking.
The hotel is very comfortable, the staff are welcoming and cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again if we we returned to Krakow

Great Beeak

I had read previous reviews and decided this would be a good base to explore Krakow from. The hotel is very well appointed. The staff are excellent - friendly, helpful & efficient. They will even book trips for you and these are @ competitive rates. Our room was lovely & the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is mainly buffet style with items like omelette cooked to order. The hotel is well positioned for city sightseeing on foot. There are plenty of trams / buses available too just outside. We did not find the noise from the trams an issue but if you are a light sleeper it may be worth requesting a room @ the rear of the hotel. If I go to Kraków, we would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel

Amazing hotel can't fault in any way. Extremely clean really want to know how they keep the tiles in bathroom so shiny.lol. Great location breakfast was really good. Highly recommend this hotel.x

Comfortable hotel great location

We stayed in a top floor room with great views towards the castle the room was quiet, comfortable and cleaned daily. We enjoyed a good variety at breakfast which should cater to most tastes. A 20 minute stroll will take you to either the Castle, Old town square or the Jewish quarter.

Great Value

I stayed for nights while on a business trip. very good value for the price. close to the main square and the Jewish Quarter. Clean and spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Amenities ok for a boutique hotel but compared to other 4* Hotels, this is an area of improvement.
