The bed was comfortable and the hotel is in a great location, right near the centre. Staff were friendly and there was a great choice of foods at breakfast. However the lift takes a long time to come and sometimes goes past your floor!

Barely cleaned, used a cup for coffee, and could see the day after that they only washed it with water, since there was left over coffee marks in it. The carafes were filled every day, but looked like that haven't been exchanged or cleaned in a long time. The shower was amazing ngl. It felt very relaxing. I recommend this place if you mainly use the room for sleep, and explore the city doing the day.

The front counter staff, the doormen and the dining room staff were extremely helpful, polite and always greeted us with warm smiles. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. My mother celebrated her 88th birthday and was surprised with a lovely cake and some special gifts- thank you so much Sharon. This has been such a special time and so many wonderful memories for her

Overall, very good location! 5mins walk to the nearest LRT. Only 4 stops to KLCC Suria station. Room is clean, good sound proofing and well equipped. Just one suggestion, the shower hot and cold water isn't clearly marked. It looks like the marker indicator have worn off. And the pressure is too strong on first use.Cosmo Hotel KL is an easy recommendation for anyone staying in Malaysia city centre for a few days!

I had to leave almost at midnight the bed was full of bed bugs. They tried to give me another room and I was sent to inspect it first with one of the housekeepers. I just looked at one pillow and there was a bed bug. No refunds according to their policy, but who can stay at a disgusting, bug infested. Stay away from this placeplace

I liked 1) the position near Masjid Jamek KL Rapid RedOne Line and just 2 stops to KL Sentral 2) good value for Money I didn't like breakfast cause was poor and the elevators got stuck twice
