Everything ok and again a little disappointment. I have 2 booking numbers due to extension night but I have to packed everything check out and re check in as per normal arrival on my second day. So I find hotel should have those flexibility to the guest especially those return guest. Even on the second day check in around 4 plus I still have to wait for the room to be ready. I cannot blame the front office coz they just want to be sure room are ready for the guest.

We arrived earlier than planned after 12 hrs of flight. The duty manager on fri morning was truly an angel and gave us a room early. We slept all afternoon before hitting the shops. Thank you

The housekeeping was not done on first day till 3 pm. We had to request them to do. Also had to call to inform them to top up shower gel. It would be good if it is smart TV instead.

From the easy check-in, a large room with a comfy bed, a good gym & pool, I had an excellent week at The Grand Millennium. The staff were always warm & very friendly & the hotel is located right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, just a short walk from the monorail. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Good Service and most importantly the friendly staffs leave great impression on us! Great location too, next to Pavilion Mall and some other malls. Breakfast spread is rather good and we really like the multigrain loaf served every morning! However, the hotel may consider changing their hairdryer to one that is easier to use without the need to keep pressing on the handle while blowing our hair, and wire was a little too short too! Drainage of water after showering seems rather slow… otherwise we are really happy with our stay and definitely hope to return for more stays in future!
