Yes I got beaten by bedbugs and I reported it to the management with evidence from the bites and badly managed by the staff offering me a cream from their first aid box without thinking whether or not I could be allergic to it and the house doctor was waste of time offering to give me an injection for the rash rather than a cream from the pharmacy it was a joke

Great facilities- I love the gym, much better than other hotels I’ve stayed in. The spa and massage were amazing. I used the tennis and pickleball courts when I was there too. And the swimming pool has lots of sun beds which is always nice! Breakfast has absolutely everything! Will definitely stay there any when I return to KL next time!
