The room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk and lobby staff also very helpful and very professional. I didn’t want to pay this much to stay in KL but after I was in the hotel I was glad that we stayed here. It was very nice.

Lovely hotel - the use of the club facilities were very handy, and usually lots of space in the club lounge. Staff very friendly - a special shout out to Henry! Rooms clean, staff very attentive. Food is good including room service.

First time staying here since their renovations. The lower tier room we booked is smaller than previous and has open plan bathroom/toilet. It is still good value, clean and beds are comfortable. Can’t beat the location for food, shopping and access to trains.

Excellent room for the price point. Enjoyed the relaxing pool as well. Nice stay. Only issue was the reception area on checkin, a bit chaotic as there was no clear queue lane so people just cutting the queue.
