The Hotel was central to everything we needed, just a few minute's walk to the beach and close to all the shops my partner wanted to visit. Good clean place with spacious rooms and a good size clean pool.

One of if not the worst hotels I have ever stayed in… very outdated and worn down building, rooms are moldy didn’t even stay 1 full night had to leave at 4 am after waking up with a sore throat from the room conditions. Bed covers and floors were stained, not provided any wash cloths all towels were worn and dingy… night stand lights were dusty and crooked. Could not keep my room cool due to room electricity being ran off of the key card which you needed to exit the room, had to request my welcome drink which ended up being 2 tiny water bottles. Would never step close to this establishment again.

Excellent Stay – Beautiful Pool View & Great Perks! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The pool was a major highlight — it’s open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, perfect for a morning swim or relaxing afternoon. The area was clean and well-maintained with plenty of lounge chairs to unwind. Our room had a city view, which made the stay feel extra special. Waking up to that serene scene each morning was a real treat. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. You could tell attention was given to making guests feel comfortable. Another great perk was the free breakfast. There was a nice variety — hot items, fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, and juice — enough to start the day right without needing to leave the hotel. Overall, it’s a great place for both families and couples. We’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend booking a pool view room if available!

Grand La Walan

We ended up here after a failed AirBNB. The hotel is very nice, with a lovely pool. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Its location is perfect. The beach is a short walk. Tons of restaurants, shops, spas, and other services near by. Bike rental right next door. Great place, would stay again.

Very lovely staff as always in Bali. Willing to help with anything. The room is spacious, clean & quiet overlooking pool. Only one thing but not a negative, I found pillows a bit too high can’t sleep on them and no option to get smaller one from cleaning. I used a rolled up towel which is good for my neck I guess.

It is a very good hotel for the price. The food, cleaning, and location were all good. Thank you for carefully checking the condition of the hotel staff's room at the first check-in and changing it.
