Lots of staff around to help out with a smile. Nice breakfast and restaurant. Good food but if you enjoy dessert with your meal then this probably isn't the place for you-Better off with a fruit smoothie instead. Nice pool, no milk supplied only powdered creamer. Probably could do with a bit more maintenance on the room facilities as the refrigerator door dropped off and next the shower head, but all were fixed immediately. I'd definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Discovery Mall, the souvenir shop, and the airport. The large pool was a definite highlight, perfect for relaxing, and the free filtered water was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Good hotel but never take any room facing street

Two nights stay ,overall experience not bad, I gave three stars for comfort and room condition because we were assigned a three beds room in the second floor facing the main street, very noisy at night as dogs barking almost the whole night and staff back to work with their scooters around 6am creating a lot of noise, we want to move to another room in the next morning but we were told no to room available. the second night was worse as the community centre was practising heavy music opposite to the hotel till midnight, I complained the noise two times to the front desk and at the end they offer us to move to another 3 beds room at the back of the hotel. That night was perfect ,quiet and away from noise . The breakfast time was very busy and always full ,choices of food are good,but the egg station finishes all boiled egg and fry eggs so soon and only offer omelette. It would be better if they refilled the eggs and other dishes quicker , must compliment to serving staff , very polite and greetings customers very frequent and kind. ,,👍

The stay was awesome, very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They even help to give a bday surprise for my husband when we were out for activities. Just for a small suggestion : maybe they can consider to change their satellite tv to smart tv, it will be superb awesome..

Overall excellent with the local amenities like a short walking distance to Kuta beach, Mall and mainly Waterbomb. Rooms were clean, facility to fill up clean filtered water. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options to choose. Hot food buffet was very helpful with option to choose direct from chef’s pan including Omlette, pancake, French toast, Roasted chicken and waffles. The staff was working so hard to top up food, cutlery and cleaning the table for other Guests and to accommodate their needs. We always had warm welcome with a lovely smile from everyone in the hotel from check in until check out. Beds were comfortable too :) They all were cheerful and trying to help people as much as they could. Overall we are happy with all the facilities provided to the guests and would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again next year 😊 Thank you. Terima Kasiah 🙏

Great airport hotel

Great hotel if you have a quick stopover. We were there literally 13 hours but had a quick swim and something to eat. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff lovely.
