They don't have enough pool beds for the size of the hotel very hard no cushions , both pools were cold so couldn't use them . breakfast was very limited . My friend and l used to visit other hotels for the day, would definitely not stay there again . On check out they had the nerve to charge $35 for a new single sheet which had ink on from my tattoo . rip off worst hotel ever

Staying at the Akmani Legian Hotel was an absolute highlight of my trip to Bali. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome with their warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home, and it’s clear they care about every guest’s experience. The hotel itself is beautiful – modern, clean, and comfortable – with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The rooftop pool and bar were my favorite spots, offering stunning views over Legian and the perfect place to unwind with a drink at sunset. The rooms were spacious, well-kept, and provided a peaceful retreat after busy days exploring. What stood out most for me was the atmosphere. It strikes the perfect balance between being right in the heart of Legian’s energy while still feeling like a calm oasis once you step inside. The location is unbeatable, with the beach, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. I left with nothing but positive memories and a real appreciation for the team that made my stay so special. I would happily come back here again and recommend Akmani Legian Hotel to anyone visiting Bali – whether it’s your first trip or your tenth, this place will make it unforgettable.

Beautifully maintained but with some quirks

This was the fourth time I’d stayed here over the last 10 years. It was lovely to see maintenance was upheld and the place still felt so fresh. It was, however, disappointing not to receive a hand towel in our room, when we asked the front desk for one the second day, we were told the room we had booked did not come with a hand towel. We weren’t even offered the chance to pay for it. We were here for 6 days, I have never encountered this at any hotel and not even on my previous stays at the Akmani. The bed was really spacious however it was rock solid and we woke up sore every morning. Superb roof top pool and relaxing common space. We enjoyed this space most nights.

It was like staying in the nightclub. The loud house music starts and resonates throughout the resort from 11am in the morning until late at night. The worse day is the Sunday as they hosts a live DJ which turns the hotel into a night club. I had to almost 'threaten' the staff to bring the music down after 4 hours of arguments. I will never stay here. HSK doesn't service the room on time, also they are very loud on the corridor. The rooms very small, and walls are paper thin, so you will hear everything even HSK staff chatting around. HSK forgot to refill the body wash, and other items so that I had to call up to service room again.

It's conveniently located in Legian. Room was well-appointed, but the property started showing some ages, but still I have to say that it is quite modern. Breakfast was average, it might be a good value if included as part of package. I can't comment on dining options as I dined mostly outside. Swimming pool is nice, but can be noisy if you stay in the room facing it. Rootfop bar has a nice view, not the best. Four points by Sheraton has better view. The music is banging house music that vibrates throughout the building starting from 10am until 8pm. I had to make serious complaints to reduce the music.

Nice Room, But Way Too Noisy The room was clean, modern, and well-appointed – I stayed in a Deluxe room overlooking the pool with a lovely bathtub. The gym is small with just a treadmill, bike, and some weights, so only suitable for basic workouts. Unfortunately, the noise ruined the experience. Loud music plays from the rooftop, and on Sundays they have a live DJ from 4pm to 10pm – it felt like staying in a nightclub. Most rooms face the pool, so there's no escape from the sound. I asked to speak to a manager, but none was available. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay, this is not the place.

My original room was horrible it smelt like mould. They gave me a better room but charged me more money. They also had renovations going on which was so annoying and I think they should be upfront and tell people if this is happening . Would not stay there again.
