A wonderful beach resort in Kuta area.

Great hotel and the staff were friendly. Direct access to the beach is definitely awesome. The buffet breakfast was good with varieties! The property is very near to the airport (5 to 10 mins drive) and Kuta area (5 mins walk). Serenity but in a bustling area! Highly recommended to stay in Kuta area ☺️

The Anvaya hotel is an amazing place to stay, with its central location in Kuta making it a really convenient stay. Staff were always polite and saw to our needs almost straight away. Clean, and comfortable, as soon as you walk through the lobby you’ll be able to gage the level of service you will receive. Good breakfast available, and nice spa, however spa services seemed a little pricey. About 10 mins from the airport, so for those early morning flights I can’t recommend it enough. Lots of dining options as soon as you come out the hotel, and lots of shops for those last minute shopping trips. All in all great hotel and would stay here again.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Kuta! We had an amazing stay at Avanya Resort Bali Kuta. The location is perfect — close to the beach yet peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The pool area is stunning, and the breakfast spread was delicious. A perfect blend of luxury and Balinese hospitality. Highly recommended!

Lovely Hotel, Let Down by Breakfast Experience

The hotel itself was very nice, with comfortable accommodations and good amenities. However, the behavior of some guests during breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was quite off-putting to witness people being rude, including instances where staff had to set tables while guests were already seated, and even aggressive behavior around the buffet. This detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

3rd stay at this property always loved it. We always get a lagoon access room- they are big and comfy and have everything you need. We had to keep reminding them to top up the mini bar (done daily free), they also made a mistake with our check in deposit which had to be sorted, but was done easily and the issue fixed. Staff are lovely and helpful.

Amazing breakfast choice and our room had immediate pool to dip in from porch. Ray (9 year veteran ) the concierge, always quick to pull a smile ,a chit chat and advice and offered a genuine warm welcome to the amazing resort. All staff were very friendly too. We loved everything about our visit.
