It was a cozy stay. Hotel is very near airport and the stay includes complimentary airport transfer which is very useful. Room is clean and the service is attentive and gracious. Take note of the complimentary shows they provide such as fire dance on wed and bali dance on fri.

Clean room and spacious. The bathroom needs to be updated, poor drainage for sink and shower and musty smells and aged vanity tiles. Great room service and pool. Breakfast was the best! Please keep this high standard up! Airport shuttle is a bonus. Rooms were nice and quiet too. Great location opposite mall, spa and massage and fixed price souvenir shop past the church.

The Vera is a modest and clean hotel. Close to the lipo mall and airport. Staff are early risers to stage the pool and dining/breakfast areas so be prepared to wake early. Overall it’s a great place to stay.

We are a week into our 3 week stay at this hotel and I cannot praise it enough. Our room is spotlessly clean, the bed is really comfortable and we hate a really good view of the very pretty pool area. The staff in all areas are extremely friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast, that was included in our room rate, is excellent, with a good variety, excellent egg/pancake station, and the bread is too good.

The bed was advertised as a king it but it was just two singles pushed together and the bed was as hard as a brick. Woke up sore due to the bed and didn’t sleep very well. Also had a water rushing noise from the air conditioner which got very loud. The towels were stained not from me.
