The hotel promptly answered our questions via email before we even arrived in the country. Our driver Adi sent us a WhatsApp when we arrived to let us know where he was waiting. We were so impressed with the breakfast buffet, the room, the friendly and professional staff and the POOL!

Good centrally located property with large bedroom suites, however bathrooms are functional but very small. Restaurant is ok but a hassle that you have to pay and can’t charge to your room. Hotel is in a great location however and not bad value considering the price for beachside hotels.

Lovely clean hotel - however experienced no hot water which was disappointing as the room was pricey and was only there 1 night so this was not resolved. Good location on main kuta strip - if you like nightlife and busy surroundings - but very noisy (bars & clubs ) if you wanted a tranquil stay. After staying in 5 Bali properties I found this overpriced and average - but great location for airport and free transfer. Wouldn’t stay again due to it being overpriced for what it is - but hotel staff and restaurant are friendly and helpful

Great if you've got a late flight into Denpasar. It's 5 minutes away in a car and the hotel offers free shuttle. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was great, altogether a pleasant experience

The Vira is a great place to stay, from the moment of arriving you are welcomed with smiles and a well organised reception. The rooms are always clean, well stocked and and continually maintained to a high standard. Breakfast is a must at the Vira, a wide range of tasty dishes are on offer which are rotated daily. The pool area is relaxing, clean and there is an abundance of seating options at your convenience. Overall, The Vira is a pleasant boutique hotel with amazing, friendly staff and amenities. Highly recommend.

Staff very helpful, super friendly. Great benefit to be collected & taken back to the nearby airport, took away any worry about taxis, it was much appreciated.Breakfast lovely, plenty of choice with egg & pancake station. Rooms lovely & great aircon. Nice spa I had a couple of massages one better than the other. Down side of hotel, there are only 14 sunbeds but only 6 got the sun at any point during our day. I dont know if that changes during the peak dry season. Nice pool. Location is great in a quieter area of Kuta, as its a busy town. Lovely street food restaurants across the road, all very good, plus outside stage, live music from bands/singers every night. Downstairs shopping centre with useful supermarket.

Very friendly staff. Room was as pictured. Breakfast was great each morning and the location is very convenient for tourist. The mall across the street was a great benefit and offer live music entertainment every night. I’d recommend this spot!

The Hotel is on a busy street where you can find everything you need. Its still quiet and the staff is amazing friendly. The breakfast was ok, asian and western food available.
