The room was cleaned and tidied, bedding and towels replaced every day unless you specifically request for them not to do it. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, the facility and amenities were of a very high standard. The environment inside the hotel was beautiful, well presented and relaxing to stay in. I enjoyed my visit immensely and would instantly recommend others to stay at the Vira Bali.

We had the best stay! The staff is so so kind and generous. We had the room cleaned everyday and the food was great! Continental breakfast had lots of options and our driver WhatsApp’ed me before we got off the plain with a picture to know what to look for. I would love to stay here again and enjoy the people more than anything.

The Vira continues to provide a high standard of service throughout the entire stay. Friendly, clean, central and the restaurants are absolutely delicious including the buffet breakfast. The pool area is also fantastic!
