Everything was seamless from the moment I booked the room until check out. Communication with the staff was wonderful and they noted every request right away. The pick up service is super convenient, and the location near the airport was exactly what we were looking for. I cannot speak more highly of the staff. Everyone was super kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast is great, with many options and the restaurant in general is pretty good. The pool is amazing and everything is clean. I am extremely happy with the hotel, can´t wait to come back.

Beautiful hotel, great design. Friendly and welcoming, very supportive of families. Accomodated our early arrival & made us feel at ease. Located directly across the road from a great toddler themed play centre. Incredible staff, stopped traffic for us to cross the road. Everything so helpful. Highly recommend

Great location but different from photos

Great location but it looked different from the listed photos. It looked a lot older and the vibe was very different. Staff was ok, we had to move luggage up ourselves and room wasn’t ready upon check in time. Basic amenities were available but towels smelt like bleach.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was super comfortable. Sheets and towels were always fresh and clean. The airport complementary pick up was excellent. Pak Darma the driver was courteous and helpful. Location is right across the Lippo Mall. The stage had open Mike every night. Music was tasteful but rather loud. Excellent cook to order breakfast with various menu. We enjoyed the dinner with Balinese dances entertainment. Staff within the property were very friendly, well trained. Thank God the security was always ready to walk us across! Overall, thank you for a great service. We will come back 😊

We were very pleasantly surprised with the Vira bring in the middle of Kuta. How quiet it was. We loved everything the rooms are spacious and very clean and the staff are fantastic ... being a celiac the managed all breakfast requirements. We definately would stay at The Vira again.
