Clean and good holiday hotel

Great break, food hit and miss but you’re find somthing to eat for sure. The hotel is clean and all the staff are friendly apart from the pool life guard what is just a rude twit he was rude to kids & parents saw it a number of throughout our stay if you don’t like the job move on there’s no reason to be rude when everyone is enjoying holiday

Fab hotel great food, clean and rooms lovely. I booked a room with balcony and pool view. We had No pool view just building site. Manager said that the view isnt guatanteed and expedia are at fault so take it up with you? We had it in black? He did not apologise was rude and indifferent shruggin his his shoulders and said i can have a refund and go elsewhere. We booked 4 rooms as family celebration. Night time bar staff are arrogant clearly dont like people are complacent.

La reserva fue para 3 adultos y 2 niños, supuestamente habían dos sofacamas sencillos y no era así; eran dos sofás de toda la vida y súper incomodos, sin sabanas ni almohada ni nada. Es decir la habitación no estaba preparada para recibir a los 5 huéspedes. Me tocó bajar en la noche a pedir toda la ropa de cama. El aire acondicionado fatal…dos noches de calor intenso.. En fin una experiencia regular tirando a mala, por lo demás en cuanto a ocio y el resto de cosas bien

4-stjerners hotel med et hint av Fawlty Towers

Dette er et 4-stjerners hotel i høy prisklasse men det kunne like godt hatt 3 stjerner. Innsjekkingen tok lang tid på tross av at jeg hadde gitt beskjed om tidlig ankomst. Rommet var stort med utsikt over en stor grusplass. (jeg spøker ikke) Det stod i min rombestilling at alle rom hadde minibar, det hadde ikke mitt rom. Sengen var hard og vond. Jeg forlot hotellet etter 1 dag, frokosten var så dårlig at jeg ønsker ikke å utdype dette noe nærmere her.

Detta hotell är helt ok med bra service. Rymliga rum och rent. Saknar kylskåp på rummet och väldigt hårda och obekväma sängar. Gratis parkering utanför hotellet vilket var perfekt.
