This hotel is in the PERFECT location, right next to Nishiki Market and Pontocho Alley. Restaurants close fairly early in Kyoto (~5/6pm) but being so close to Nishiki Market, there was always plenty of food options that stayed open late, including shopping! It was also right in front of a bus station that was my main route for visiting other areas of Kyoto throughout the week. It was also very quiet and didn’t hear any other residents. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and spoke good English so there was less of a language barrier to overcome. Also reasonably priced too!

An amazing location in the heart of Kyoto. Very affordable with large rooms. The hotel was walking distance from a lot of shopping and food areas, in addition to some tourist attractions.

Conveniently located. Right next to bus stops reaching ALL Kyoto's attractions. 2 minutes walk to city metro and 6 minutes walk to Keihan Line. Hundreds of shops and restaurants in its vicinity, including the Nishiki market, Donki, Kiddy Land, and department stores. Hotel is clean and looks new. Just hope they have more washing machines (2 only).

An awesome place to stay

Great location and very nice rooms. The only minor complaint I have is that the rooms air-conditioning can not be adjusted. We got uncomfortably warm at night. Ot wad gine during the day.

This was a great hotel within easy reach of buses & metro / train stations. Decent sized room with fridge, A/C and daily bin & towel change. Amenities were self serve at reception and hotel had ice, vending machine & washing machines. Great place to stay and enjoyed our time here.
