Love this hotel! Second time i stayed at this hotel and had good service. This time was a bit different. They could not find my reservation for the luggage to be shipped and then when we checked in, they didn’t give us the breakfast tickets which was included when I made the reservation. Otherwise, great hotel and fabulous location

Amazing location for a few days. Very comfortable and located in the station which has convenience. Shopping around, food everywhere, just very busy when you leave the hotel if you want something different. The hotel however was very nice.

Very dirty rooms, linens, kettles etc. Very poor upkeep. Room HVAC very low/poor. If you keep the AC at max cooling, no change in airflow or room temp. It felt suffocating.
