Breakfast was the main highlight of this stay! I have stayed in more than 20 different hotels across Japan and this has by far been the best, in terms of quality, value, and selection. The location is also excellent, located right opposite the JR Kyoto Station, and there are convenience stores nearby if you need them at night. The free lounge coffee, tea and drinks are also welcomed. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent location if you travel from or to Kyoto Station. Excellent breakfast. Room bit small but clean. Sound proof not that good can hear from outside or outside can hear you inside the room. Will never give laundry or dry clean for them, came back not even clean or didn't try to clean. Came back the clothes with our own hair inside the clothes.

The room is very spacious in Japanese standard. The breakfast was excellent. The location is not the best because everything’s closer to the north gate instead of South Gate.

Room was bigger than expected. Bathroom has a really deep bathtub to soak your body after exploring the temples all day. Staff were great. And breakfast buffet has many options. We thought Bella Bot was cool.
