Very helpful staff. Most convenient location - next to Kyoto station. Breakfast should be improved - poor selection of fresh fruits. Some rounds of grilled fish served (part of Japanese style breakfast selections) seem to be from the previous evening. Stayed in deluxe double room. Very clean but the furniture the window shades show their age - rooms need update and renovation.

Right next to the Kyoto main station, very convenient and easy to get around through bus and train. Notable shops nearby for quick buys. Room a little small - as all Japan hotels however was still a pleasant stay.

Room was clean, but very outdated as was the other visible areas of the hotel. The lobby is what you see in the images online, but clearly not all the rooms are updated to what you see online. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Also this hotel is right across from the train station. Overall not a bad place to stay.
