Newly renovated in 2024, modern styled one-bedroom apartment with the slim Swedish radiators, modern air vent lighting and air conditioners in every room, in central Albir, 150 meters from the beach in a secured gated community, very central but in a quite arear, and close to many bars, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is on the second floor up with small flights of steps. The secure and gated community offers a large swimming pool with a kids section and a sunbathing/seating area with palm trees. There is generous and easy parking. There are flat TV screens in each room with access to features like Netflix and several 100s of subscribed Cable TV for various countries (Spain, UK, Germany, Dutch, USA, French and many others). Auto controlled heating in every room for winter. The balcony catches sun providing great sunny spot for drinks or dining. The kitchen is fully loaded with various all equipment including baking trays, various glasses and cups. Very comfortable god size double with plenty of pillows and summer and winter duvets. Easy walk-in shower. The location is only 2 min walk form the blue flag beach and restaurants are right outside of the urbanization.
