Nous avons passĂ© une semaine Ă  5 et nous sommes plutĂŽt content du sĂ©jour. La maison est quelque peu excentrĂ©e du centre ville ce qui nous convenait parfaitement car le quartier est plutĂŽt calme. La maison ne donnant pas directement sur la piscine (1 minute Ă  pied), nous n'avons pas souffert du bruit de celle ci. Seul le ramassage des poubelles Ă©tait un peu bruyant La maison en elle mĂȘme est fonctionnelle mais assez sommaire : Vaisselle limitĂ©e, matelas trĂšs inconfortables, propretĂ© moyenne (mĂ©nage fait un peu Ă  l'arrache). Rien qui nous ait gĂąchĂ© nos vacances mais c'est dommage car ces quelques dĂ©tails rĂ©glĂ©s rendraient l’expĂ©rience beaucoup plus agrĂ©ables. Pour le reste la maison est tout de mĂȘme trĂšs sympa, plutĂŽt spacieuse et bien agencĂ©e, avec terrasse et barbecue et un accĂšs Ă  une belle piscine communautaire. Le mĂ©nage de fin de sĂ©jour est inclus et il y a possibilitĂ© de louer des draps et serviettes Ă  un prix raisonnable. Agence fort sympathique. Le tout pour un prix plus que correct comparĂ© Ă  un bien Ă©quivalent Ă  l'Escala.

Petite maison fonctionnelle MĂ©nage trĂšs mal fait. Maison prĂšs des poubelles donc le ramassage bruyant en pleine nuit. Pas de clim ce qui fait qu'avec la canicule c'est irrespirable.

Schlechte Unterkunft in fantastischer Lage

Bei Ankunft in dem Ferienhaus war dieses sehr schmutzig und wohl schon einige Zeit nicht mehr geputzt worden.Die BettwĂ€sche war voller Haare und gelber Flecken von irgendwelchen Vormietern, in den SchrĂ€nken war ein starker modriger Geruch. Die Möbel und die KĂŒche sind stark abgewohnt.Das komplette Geschirr ist klebrig und fettig gewesen,wir mussten erstmal 3 Stunden das Haus putzen und die KĂŒche inkl. Geschirr abwaschen um es wohnhaft zu machen. Das Badezimmer war gerade noch in einem akzeptablen Zustand,wobei das Fenster starken Schimmelbefall hat.Man sollte verlangen können, daß ein Ferienhaus im sauberen, wohnhaften Zustand ĂŒbergeben wird und nicht erst noch 3(!) Stunden geputzt werden muss- zumal die Miete (fĂŒr dieses Haus) zuzĂŒgl. Reinigung ein erhelblicher Preis darstellt, fĂŒr den auch gearbeitet werden muss!Die Couch sollte dringend erneuert werden,unter den Betten die ihre besten Zeiten gesehen haben, lag dicker Staub.Das Badezimmer ist im stylischen Look der 60er-Jahre stehengeblieben - dementsprechend auch der Zustand von Waschbecken, Stand WC und Wanne nebst massiv verschimmeltem Fenster.
