"Sewage smell through out the entire first floor (2nd floor from the lobby). It was absolutely disgusting, but I could not make other arrangements for another room. I can't believe they would make any room available in this current condition. Absolutely the most filthy and disgusting experience I've had with any hotel stay in my 4 weeks of traveling in Europe. The town was deserted, so maybe they're desperate for tourists, but I would choose a different hotel away from the marina/port altogether. Just awful."

"Having visited the Flamingo many times between 1994 & 2000 we where curious as to how the hotel had changed / improved . We loved our 1 night stay & our seriously considering to book a 1 week stay in October as we loved it so much . We were in a 1st floor room which have been very recently modernised . It was a fantastic room super comfortable . The reception staff , management & waiting on staff , cleaners etc were all excellent . The hotel should be commended for its excellent hospitality team . We had a lovely stay . "
