Ok but would not return

Lock on door was very difficult to use, we rang for help as we couldn't get in on arrival. We were advised to 'wiggle' it more. Struggled with it all week. Lots of ants inside apartment, all over the kitchen cupboards and surfaces. Bed in living room area kept breaking everytime we used it, the slats under the mattress would fall out. Safe in bedroom cupboard did not work.The complex itself is clean and quiet, we had the pool to ourselvesost days. Some maintenance needed in pool area, loose floor tiles in places
