Casa Juan is the perfect villa for those who do not wish to hire a car which is conveniently located in a quiet residential area of Corralejo. In just a short stroll you will reach the centre of Corralejo where you will discover a variety of restaurants, shops and bars. A little further away, the spectacular National Park sand dunes can be found within a 15 minute walk, a paradise for surfers and windsurfers. This two bedroom property is designed in a Moroccan style and set on one level and is well furnished throughout. The villa includes a modern, fully fitted kitchen where your favourite family meals can be prepared and enjoyed outside whilst admiring the sunset. The comfortable lounge offer a space to relax and unwind whilst enjoying the satellite television. Two steps lead up to a double and twin bedroom both with fans, a full bathroom and a further separate WC. Patio doors lead out on to the sun terrace that surrounds the glistening swimming pool, which is also heated in the winter months, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb . Spend your days relaxing by the pool with your favourite book whilst enjoying the beautiful Canarian sunshine.
