Short stay in La Rochelle

Good night stay in this hotel close to the action. Older place with nice staff, good breakfast for 10 euros. The mattress was not very comfortable and the wifi accessible only in the common places. Reasonable price, was really ok.

I recently stayed in this hotel for four nights. The location is superb, I arrived by train, as it is less than five minutes walk from station, and less than five minutes walk to the town which is full of great bars and restaurants and many interesting buildings to look at. The staff are very friendly, mostly English speaking. The room was very comfortable, and my balcony view was some trees. The optional breakfast was very good value. The bathroom was clean and practical. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting La Rochelle.

L'hôtel n'est pas de première jeunesse, mais est très bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits confortables, le petit déjeuner est très bien. Franchement, pour le prix, je recommande vivement. De plus qu'il est très bien placé à deux trois cents mètres du port.

L'hébergement très bien situé, 200m de la gare et 500 m du port qui est l'attraction principal de La Rochelle. Le personnel très sympathique, souriant et dévoué. Très bon petit-déjeuner, variés avec des fruits frais et de saison. Le prix reste très raisonnable, je vous le recommande.

Hôtel vétuste… il est désagréable de sentir que même un coup de peinture dans la chambre est trop difficile pour rendre l endroit plus propre… dans son jus mais pas beau jus. Repris il y a plus d un an peut être une rénovation complète est prévue?? Aujourd’hui ça sent que l hôte est une vache à lait. Dommage ça pourrait être top.

L’emplacement de cet hôtel est idéal pour les courts séjours. Le personnel de jour et de nuit est prévenant. Cependant, il semble préférable de réserver directement auprès de l’hôtel et non via la plateforme ‘hôtels’ qui ne met pas à jour les disponibilités. Le personnel en sera davantage gratifié, vous aurez plus de chances d’être logés dans la partie la plus récente de l’établissement, et vos souhaits initiaux seront alors honorés sans mauvaise surprise, notamment si vous sélectionnez les chambres twin qui y sont rares.
