Tiara Labuan Hotel is the premier resort to stay at on Labuan. The entire property is gorgeous with a variety of gardens and restaurants. You are a 10 minute walk away from town or the Labuan War Cemetery, and just across the road is the peaceful Tiara Beach. I couldn't recommend this resort enough and can't wait to come back.
The lovely koi fish pond where you can feed them for 2RM
A gecko - you'll find these everywhere at night, but they're very afraid and won't bother you

Lovely change of scene and lush gardens

This is a hotel in a lovely setting but it’s dated. Clean and well maintained for the most part, just dated decor etc. Huge rooms. Comfy beds. Lovely gardens. Good pool. The service is incredibly slow and food very hit and miss. Staff are delightful just not dynamic! A useful daily drop off to the town/sights if you ask. Wifi works fine. Very close to the port and taxis are very cheap to get about.

I was on Labuan as part of my annual Anzac Day commemoration trip. l again stayed at the Tiara and as always, I thoroughly enjoyed my few days. The accommodation and food were excellent. The staff are all very attentive, enthusiastic and a credit to their employers. I am looking forward to my next visit in the near future.

The best hotel in Labuan. We've been staying there since 2014 everytime going to Labuan. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious. The swimming pool is also clean and have warmer. My kids love to swim there.

The Wi-Fi was hopeless, it cuts out for no reason just like the water in the shower it which would go from fire hose pressure to a dribble for no apparent reason and then fifteen-minutes later it would return. To get a signal to send a message you need to visit the lobby. This was the case in a superior room or in the apartments. If I hadn't paid in in advance for the hotel, I would have moved somewhere else. The staff were really nice however the property is in desperate need of a renovation, seems like its living on past glories.

The hotel is well kept eventhough it has been around for many years, it is very clean well designed with excellent landscapping. However we were disappointed upon checked in (almost 4pm) to discovered there was only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, no soap, no toothbrush let alone no disposable shaver. We paid for a room for 2 adults & 1 child. When we called the housekeeping dept, we were informed the hotel run out of towel and were awaiting delivery from 3rd party. On the positive note, the staffs are very courteous and apologised profusely for the shortage of towel. We believe the above is a one off incident and would have addressed by now. We will book this hotel again in our next trip.

Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds.

The hotel was lovely and clean and the pool was amazing. Food and drink were great. Some bar staff were not very clued up when it came to drinks but eventually things were sorted out.

Pleasant but not well maintained.

1 of 2 air conditioners in the unit was broken. They were unable to change my room. Sliding door to the balcony was stuck open. That at least was fixed. Fridge wasn't cold. Complimentary coffee / creamer / sugar in room was old and hardened.

Pleasant stay

Had an excellent two nights st the Tiara. Spacious one bedroom suite with a good bathroom. Rooms a little tired but comfortable and clean. Great pool area with extensive tropical gardens & undercover walkways connecting all buildings. Swam early in the day & avoided families that used the pool from 3pm weekdays. Enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast, especially the omelettes and ate twice in the highly recommended Chinese restaurant. Helpful, competent staff. Shuttle bus to & from town and Allied WW2 War Memorial 5 minute walk away.
