Cascade Wellness Resort offers 164 air-conditioned accommodations with espresso makers and safes. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Beds feature down comforters. 40-inch LCD televisions come with satellite channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers with deep soaking bathtubs and rainfall showerheads. Inital room was very dark due to covered outside space. We moved after 1 night as had ants. 2nd room was much better. All the dtaff were great especially in the bars and restsurant. Would recommend the Senses restaurant. The pools are a bit cold and was dusappointing that the beach pool bar was closed our entire stay.

Very clean, housekeeping is good. Some of the in room fixtures could be updated or replaced (leaky dishwasher, old caulking). Our first room had a bunch of wall damage from a leak so we had to request a room change and they were quick to facilitate it. Good service.

The place is just meh. It’s not a 5 star hotel by any means. Everything is just ok. The location and views are incredible so if that’s what you’re looking for you’ll be fine. It’s not a bad hotel, but it’s not great either.

We loved how safe it was and how everything was so conveniently around. The staff are amazing. Very quiet, family orientated environment. Great time at Cascade

The resort was very nice. It was not as convenient and as fancy as described. The grounds were not as lush as shown on the website. The pool was great, the spa was excellent. It is not on the beach.

Seems like one of the better properties in the area. Quiet location, good if you have a car so it’s easy to park. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, hotel was clean. This resort was much more catered to families than we anticipated. We found it quite loud most of the time. There was as a large soccer (football) convention staying here for the first half of our stay. Very few adult friendly quiet areas at all. The spa area was the only place and there is no service of any kind for the adult pool area. In fact the whole spa area was shut down for a private event one of the afternoons we hoped to use it.
