Where to begin? This is the most wonderful place we've been, and we've been all around. Lake Louise brought tears to my eyes in astonishment the first moment I saw it. The guests customer experience was great! The Lake view from our room of course is a huge plus. We love Louiza restaurant, the foods were great and our server Claudia was exceptional. I love the Alpine Social too, very chill. The Lakeview Lodge hmmm...except for the view, isn't what I expected. Would definitely come back again! Really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic hotel! Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly . Room was well appointed and we were lucky to get a room with a fantastic view of lake Louise . Staff are amazing the young lady who booked us in was SO kind to us & even knew we had been to the chateau 15 years ago . Charlotte manageress in the Lounge over looking the Lake tended to our light lunch order as if we were royalty & our sandwich order her Chefs will never forget they all made us feel so welcome . Keer was charming too along with Wasi & Rachel who was Scottish ( from my homeland ) our room was spotless
