The best location for a few days of relaxation or participating day tours nearby. Satisfied with top floor mountain views room which surprised the lake view is available either. The space is roomy, and the beds are comfortable. Staffs are friendly and courteous. We got welcome gifts at first night. Breakfast is really good in Louisa, it wins on its quality rather than the quantity. At the end, the only reason that I was hesitated to hold one star off is the supplement of the consumables. At first day, there is no bottle water or any bottle beverages in the cooler. The free bottle water is only offered when I request, every day during my stay. However, it is unforgettable experience for staying in the Faimont chateau. I would recommend to my friends.

Truly amazing service. My partner proposed to me here, and Fairmont staff congratulated us every chance they could! I know he made plans with staff before and during our stay. If you’re wondering where to propose to your partner…this is the place! Even before the proposal, staff were accommodating, helpful, and just overall amazing humans. I highly recommend staying here, no matter the occasion. And you can’t forget the place itself—beautiful mountain views, lake views, a range of restaurants, and plenty of activities. You’ll never want to leave. I hope we can come back soon!

Everything from the moment when we were greeted at the Guardhouse was spectacular & professional to valet and Check in at front desk. All in all, the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Grounds were clean. Staff was super friendly & looked like they enjoyed working there! It’s hard not to be in a good relaxed mood when everything was perfect just for us. We celebrated our 25th year of engagement here at this beautiful place. 25 yrs later, it is still as beautiful! ❤️
