"Very clean log cabin. It is in Banff National Park and just 15 minutes from Lake Louise Ski Resort and Lake Louise. The property suffered from the meltdown last week and refreeze. So the grounds were solid ice, but the staff warned all we still made it out to the river and the fire pits. The free firewood for the woodburning fireplaces and pits was a lovely touch. We even ice skated! The only thing I was surprised by was the small fridge and lack of a stove. We adjusted to the plug in induction cooktop and the convection/microwave combo. I always forget plastic wrap and foil! We would stay here again and the quiet and lack of tv was a blessing. Our family talked, skied, walked, explored, played games and rested!!! "
