The rooms are very clean. The showers have strong water pressure. Depending on the location of your cottage, the lobby may be far away, so you may need to take the shuttle bus. However, the shuttle bus always picks you up quickly, so it was a very nice environment.

The food at this hotel is overpriced. The breakfast buffet is terrific, but all other meals are not great value for the money. They charge for virtually every extracurricular activity, including billiards, foosball, tennis, etc.. These things should be included.

Beautiful wooden cabin set among forest but overlooking the beautiful beach. We had a lovely room always clean. Nice gesture of fruit on first day. Also fantastic free mini bar . Stunning setting saw lots of monkeys lizards etc. I loved the mountains and sky cables in the distance. Wonderful Malaysian hospitality. It’s very quiet around the area no shops or restaurants to speak of only the village at the bottom of Sky bridge. Which is walking distance although they run a shuttle. It’s shuts at 7 pm I would definitely stay there again. Thinking of bring my family for my 60th in 2028 .
