Rooms were clean & comfortable. Requested to be located at the REAR of the property as the first evening was facing the main street & the noise from the traffic kept us awake until 2:00 AM!! The internet SUCKED!!! You would get connection for 5 SECONDS and then nothing for 10 seconds - VERY frustrating. The MAIN reason that i did NOT give a five-star rating was that we planned a trip to the beach. we placed ONE bath towel in our backpack. In reception, I informed the desk staff that i was taking the towel & could they put a fresh towel back in my room, since the one that were going to take would be used & have sand / salt on it. We were told that it would cost us PHP 100.00! I was happy to pay the PHP 100.00 if it was a refundable deposit. I was told that it was NOT a deposit. I was told that it was a charge!! I asked that since i was paying PHP 100.00 for the towel, that would I be able to keep the towel. The answer was NO! In total frustration I returned the towel from my backpack & headed out for the day!!

Yes, wall paper peeling paint chips throughout staff was great for most part little gliche getting help to airport shuttle we basically took our own bags (very heavy) from room to lobby, of note no elevator in our area. Room also very tight. kettle had no auto shut off so we steamed the room up to a point of setting off smoke/heat Deector!

Good budget hotel, clean enough & friendly staff. Swap the powdered milk in rooms & too firm matresses for medium or at least something plusher. Overall good value & close to airport & shops. Heads up...the factory outlets just down the road are a ripoff.

We checked in for premiere junior suite and the room was outdated and the king size bed was old and mattress was saggy and hard on my back, did not get good sleep for my 3 nights stay. Was not upgraded because hotel was fully booked. Will not stay in this hotel ever again!!! The staff were rude and don’t want to be bothered with the guests!!!

Really enjoyed my stay with my wife here! Clean, nice design, small but fun gym, and a hotel cafe with plenty of good options for food and coffee! Really friendly staff too! Shoutout to the cafe host who was very accommodating and fun to talk to! Didn't get a chance to try the pool! Maybe next time! God Bless you guys at this hotel! 😃

Pickup at airport was good, check in quick . Upon entering the room it was very warm busboy turned AC on high not much cool air coming out , after half hour still warm I checked the filter it was 3/4 clogged found a maintenance man who quickly cleaned it then it started to work better but still took 2 hours before it started to feel alittle cool!! After diner I checked about a ride back to airport at 7am and was informed shuttle only goes at 6,8,10 am etc so I was forced to take a cab which took 20 mins in front of hotel to get !! I guess I just assumed it would be hourly since we were only 15 min max away from airport !! Room was small but clean
