Dear Jan,Thank you for spending your holiday with us. We are saddened by you review of our hotel, and especially surprised of the description for our staff, which has been described my the huge majority of our guests as friendly and welcoming.To avoid any misinterpretation, we are providing a free bottle of water upon check-in. The water bottles are not unlimited, but for our all-inclusive guests water is unlimited at the bar.Our goal is to improve in all aspects as a hotel as to provide the 5/5 experienced we strive for.Best regards
