Hi, I enjoyed my stay at the BW McCarran Inn. The staff was great, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was great. The elevator was down, and the room smelled a bit mildewy.

The staff were super nice and helpful, especially Chantel!!! I will say there was an issue with our bathroom but they were super quick on fixing the problem! Elevator would sometimes go out of service but their maintenance workers were quick on fixing the issue!, Overall great experience, great staff, and awesome hospitality!
