The property was fantastic. First time there with my family. Great location to The Strip. Staff was friendly Only issue was no one was at the Bell desk to assist travelers on our day of checking out. Multiple travelers lined up who were checking in and it took about 20-30 minutes for someone to come to the desk and assist everyone in line.

Check in was standard. After you check in you’re escorted to a second area where they are VERY pushy on the timeshare aspect of the property. Wasted about 20 minutes of time going back and forth and the people at the desk couldn’t understand why I didn’t want to waste 90 minutes of time on a tour for a “free gift” until I finally walked away. Biggest complaint is the staff cleaning the rooms next to us start very early in the morning, around 7am we were woken up to what sounded like someone throwing dishes and slamming cabinets in the room next door. Went into the hallway to find the cleaning cart outside that very room. No regard whatsoever for the guests that are still in their rooms. Would not stay at this property again for those two reasons.

I was very surprised and very happy, how clean and beautiful 2 bedroom appartment we got, great pools and hot tubs, shuttle service to strip was amazing too, my son had so much fun, hotel was super clean, all the bedsheets and dishes, cupboards were all clean, rooms were newly renovated, Thanks

the lobby and the hallway are clean and well maintain however no body clean the room, we stayed there for 4 days, no body knocks the door and bother to change our towels, we end up buying towels on our own. if this is the hotel policy, no body told us upon check in. disappointed.

Love the hotel, hate the sales pitch

Hotel is great, i booked there because they have family suites with multiple rooms and kitchens. Its just off the strip in a convenient location. They have a bunch of onsite activities that we didnt have time to utilize. Everything about the hotel is great but i hate the pressure to buy a time share.
