Room was as expected and staff were helpful. It should be noted that there is no airport shuttle service and breakfast starts at 7am, so if you need to catch an early flight don't pre-pay for breakfast.

We didnt get to enjoy the hottub or pool, though the property and the staff were great. We did need to ask the hotel staff for 2 shower towels (big ones) as there were none in the hotel room, just hand towel and small towel.

We reserved a room at this hotel in advance of our vacation. Our flight got delayed, so we got in late. When we landed, we proceeded to the property, after confirming our credit card had been charged. When we arrived, we were advised the hotel gave our room to another guest, leaving us without anywhere to go. After proving the hotel had charged us for the room, the hotel promised to return payment but had not done so.

One of the elevators wasn't working, so I had to use the one that worked on the opposite side of the hotel. Once my stay, the only elevator that was working had stopped working. Mind you, I was on the 3rd floor with a lot of luggage. Other than that, it was great.
