We called in advance of our stay to make sure that we could use our electric scooter since we are both handicapped and we were told we could. Then security detained us illegally for over 30 minutes and the manager was rude once he arrived. We asked for an incident report and he said that he wouldn’t give one and would never speak of it again. You’ll see us in court not only was an embarrassing but we lost a substantial amount of money for a trip that was terrible and mental anguish that we will explain in court. You can expect a subpoena for the manager, your security staff, and your phone operators. R S
