The room was totally unmade, food was all over the counter, the bed was unmade, and wet towels all over the bathroom. Nobody answered the phone number after multiple calls, and no email is available. We had to check into another hotel. We tried to cancel the other 2 nights of our 3-night stay, but we never got an answer at the phone number we had. We would like a full refund. American Express is charging us the full amount. The owner seems to think he is in the right. Very bad business ethic. I've used Hotel.com for years and never had a problem. I hope you can help with this situation. The owner of this room seems to be a bit shady and you might want to rethink doing business with him. This was a very poor experience, and I think Hotel.com should stand behind us as long-time clients.
