Nice Giant Property.Be prepared to Walk a Long way to everything.Staff,Housekeeping & Service was Excellent.Definitely Overpriced.I understand the need to raise prices to keep your margins,but $20.00 for an Airplane size Bottle of Alcohol is Price Gauging! $12.00 for a Coke was the least we paid for anything. It’s a nice Resort-but Waaaay OVERPRICED.

This place is huge, but once you get your bearings easy to navigate. The 3 towers are accessed by central elevators. Every hotel in Vegas has a “hook” and this place is about the wave pool and water features. But it is a day thing because it locks up at 6:00 o’clock. I had a king bed room on the 5th floor. It was clean and comfortable. Be advised if you are a curious type.. DO NOT even TOUCH the coffee pot, snacks or water bottles unless you are independently wealthy They are wired for movement and you will be charged for reading the label if picked up. So don’t even think about peeking in the refrigerator… that’s a 65 dollar look. At that point you might as well hit 90 dollar shots of vodka. But that’s Vegas. Fortunately there is a very convenient “market” store at the base of the elevators offering beer,liquor and snacks within reason. I found all staff to be very helpful and friendly. The complex is tied to several other hotel properties via walkways or Tram with lots of restaurants to choose from depending on your budget. I actually had the best food at Citizens… a late nite chicken salad and a lunch time breakfast of steak & eggs. The higher end places were only average to me and seemed to close earlier than expected. The Foundation Club on floor 63 is a young folks sport… at age 75, I was transparent when it came to service. The 1923 Prohibition Bar was quaint, fun and very friendly. Overall pleasant stay but they need to follow thru with signage to uber.

The pool was nice but you had to buy a tube instead of renting. There was also no lockers. The hotel was nice but the restaurants all closed early and opened late and the room service was limited. They also put a $400 hold on your card when you check in
