The staff is mostly worried about upcharging. Refrigerators have weight sensors so if you move anything they have stocked, you get charged. Resort fees, lol, don't get me started. We will stay on Fremont next time, that's where everyone was.

I had never been to this hotel. The staff was so understanding, guiding me through any area I needed help with. The food was excellent. Everything I needed was in one spot, the directions for different areas were clear and frequent with the signage above. I attended the WNBA game and there were wonderful food vendors and wherever I went, there were people there to help. I will definitely come back and I had the best Chicken Parmesan I have ever had. One of the best experiences of my life!
