I was disappointed with my choice of stay in Las Vegas. Staff are not trained well, no one know what is going on or helpful with guest accommodations. Wanted a microwave and 3 people said they would get one and then I was told no as it’s a fire hazard! Even though other rooms have them. I was charged over 30$ to borrow some dishes to eat Christmas dinner. I could have stayed at a cheap hotel and borrowed dishes with no issue. Price gauging just to get a ride down the street- 100$ - really, Nope never again Mandalay Bay. Oh and your pool area was closed and no one would tell me the truth about that at check in! Never again will I stay here-

20$ as parking fee, with parking 2 blocks away? Seriously? 50$ as resort fee in a season in which you can't even use the pool. Also, the fridge has sensors everywhere so if you touch one of the items in it you will be charged. Finally, hours in line to reach the concierge for the check-in. The room was really nice and clean, but the price you pay when reserving is just half of what you pay at the end, and parking is a pain. This is a typical hotel where you are treated like a cash cow. Not a bad hotel, but has a lot of hidden perks, and probably these perks are in all the hotels in the strip.
