I haven't been inside Mandalay bay in a while and the remodel is really nice! Casino is clean, lots of restaurants to choose from that are just a quick close walk. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Just a quick 10 min ride to the airport and you can walk to the Raiders stadium quickly. Would def stay here again

The room and the view were fantastic, The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Unfortunately there were several drawbacks. Firstly, the cost of just a bottle of water, or any other items needed from the hotel were outrageous! There is no need to charge $18 for a bottle of water. Also, the pool areas that were supposed to be incredible and spacious were mostly closed for some reason, and all of the guests were packed into only a couple of small areas with dozens of children running around. To add to the issues, there was only a single hot tub that was crowded with children jumping and splashing around. Hardly relaxing for those of us who don't have children and simply wanted a place to recover and relax. Another concern I noted was all of the alcoholic drinks being served were just left about so all of the children had access to them. Overall, The room was amazing, but the other issues, especially the overcrowding and issues with the pool area made the overall experience unpleasant and not worth returning to the hotel again.
