The property is great. I liked it as it's very nice for a family stay. The pool needs a bit more waves, not sure why it was such a low key waves. I did not like the way the Room Service lady in our floor was pushy to get tips. On Wednesday she came up to me and say "today is like my Friday, my last day for the week" She was hinting strongly at a tip. I really think this behavior should be discouraged greatly.

We loved our room at Mandalay Bay. It was spacious, clean and perfect for our wedding anniversary celebration. We loved the shops and restaurants. It was also great to be in walking distance to see the Raiders play while in Vegas.

We ate breakfast at citizens cafe and it was good. We had a 9PM check in and the line was too long. The movile chevk in wasnt working as our king riom wasn’t ready. We had to stand in line to get a2 queen beds room. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy.

This is a clean and well maintained property overall. It is a bit annoying that the basics like water are only provided at an extremely high price in the room. This is complimentary now at most hotels. Additionally, the app is terrible. Glitch and drops keys and of course not at a convenient time. The checkout kiosk was also glitchy. This seems like basic tech that they have not yet figured out yet.
