Checked in around after 4pm. Also, found bra and had no towels in room when went to shower. Called and had to wait around 30 min for them to arrive. Other than that I love Mandalay Bay. Great location and valet is very convenient

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with my recent experience at Mandalay Bay and the Luxor. I had reserved my stay at Mandalay Bay over six months in advance, looking forward to my first time there based on the positive reputation I had heard about the resort. However, just one day before my check-in, I received an email at 5:00 PM notifying me that my reservation had been moved to the Luxor due to overbooking at Mandalay Bay. This sudden change was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. The Luxor, in every way, was a far cry from the quality I had expected. The condition of the hotel was appalling, comparable to a Motel 6 at best, with dirt, poor maintenance, and an overall subpar experience. To make matters worse, the staff was completely unhelpful and showed no regard for addressing my concerns or ensuring a satisfactory resolution. While I was not initially seeking a refund, given the way I was treated and the unacceptable conditions I experienced, a refund is at least the bare minimum that could be done to address this situation. I simply wanted to enjoy my long-awaited stay at Mandalay Bay. Unfortunately, instead of experiencing the quality and luxury I had anticipated, I was forced to settle for an entirely unpleasant and frustrating stay. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I will never consider booking with your hotels again in the future. It is truly unfortunate that my first impress

The lobby was magnificent. The rooms are quiet and clean,but to be fair, i requested a handicapped room for my friend but the bed was too high. The bathroom was HUGE so that was good. We wish to say a special thank you to the morning security, headed by Manager Bryant Lopez, and officer Yasmely Lopez. My friend fell at the food court and they arrived promptly to assist. They stood by her side until EMT's arrived. They had a special birthday surprise a bit later on... We will be returning, as soon as i win a jackpot haha... :)

The beds were fabulous to sleep in- the room and property felt very clean! The soap container was empty and the shower water backed up a bit but other than that- it was a good experience. I would stay here again!
