Large, well appointed room and a huge bathroom with large tub and separate shower. Two closets. Beautiful room with comfy beds. Plenty of space to relax. Amazing pool complex with sandy beach, wave pool, and lazy river. Bring your own inflatable or you can buy one there. Excellent service. Convenience of having everything on site.

A Cashier of the sports bar. just at the beginning right at the property. I asked him a question. Where was the check in? He literally started attacking me saying because my son was there. He cannot help me. It was just a simple question. He literally like yeah get out I mean in front of my kid, which is not acceptable and I told him why he was acting like that so rude to me. What they did it was they called security on me.. what a horrible experience at Mandalay Bay I’ve been in Vegas so many times I have never have a live anything like this before…it’s a-sham This was was on the date of 10/01/2025 9:30 pm

The View!!!!! We had a low-floor room, but the view was AMAZING. We are here for our 55th anniversary, staying at this hotel, with a clean room, friendly staff, and having an amazing view is wonderful. We recommend to everyone. Also, the amenities... Spa, Pool, restaurant, and Live music at the house of blues!!! Wonderful vacation.

Very clean. Super comfortable beds. Only thing that was outrageous was the cost of the fridge (you have to pay to store your food or drink in there and they don’t provide free bottled water, it’s $14-$18).
