The front desk wouldn’t check us in and made us do it on a kiosk which was not easy to do. When we got to the pool the main pool wasn’t one for the first few hours because they didn’t staff enough lifeguards making the other 2 pools insanely crowded. The room was fine but wouldn’t stay here again, too many better options with excellent customer service.

Beautiful property with beautiful pool. The tram will take you conveniently to the strip and is free. Food court and restaurants available which were good. The drinks at the pool were overpriced however. The view from our room overlooked the strip and our family enjoyed our stay here.

Pool area was great but way to crowded. I must be getting old because there was a lot of annoying kids! I remember when Las Vegas was an adult playground that go to get away from there kids!! No just a Mom and Dad only vacation with other adult friends. Lol Vegas just gotten way to expensive for the common man! Use to have more gamble with now you have to spend all your money on a room and food! Nothing left to gamble with. Guess hotels are going to get you money one way or another.

Highly recommend the corner king suite in the W tower. The bed was extremely comfortable and the suite had a ton of space and 1 and a half baths. Price of room service and mini bar were a bit extreme, but other than that, great stay.

I stood here for the weekend for the Beyoncé concert. I had a great time at this resort. I’ll definitely stay here again. It’s very nice in the rooms. It’s really nice. I’ll definitely come back again and my mom like it also.
