No more waves in the wave pool.

They closed the wave pool. We booked this resort because my daughter loves the wave pool. Whats the point of having a wave pool with no waves. One wave comes every 90 seconds. This is ridiculous. I was told that a kid got hurt the family sued and won. Some lawyer ruined the whole damn thing. Not surprised based on the 30 plus guant billboards for accident lawyers on the drive up the 15 freeway. This was depressing. The resort was fine but very expensive. It seems like they nickle and dime you at every turn. Bring your wallet.

Easy check-in, prices were a bit high, the mini golf isn't worth the expense. The rooms were nice but elevators were very busy. The beach is very crowded where chairs were nearly on top of one another. Check-out application did not work and had to wait in line to check out.

The hotel and our room was nice. We were able to check in using our mobile app and kiosks for actual room key cards. I have to admit I feel like hotels are getting so much money from every direction. From resort fees, to parking to buying $35 plastic tube for the lazy river to the food and drinks and snacks. It’s very expensive and really overpriced. But I guess that’s corporate greed for you!

The room we stayed in was very clean, the decor and facilities modern and well maintained. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly for the most part. Heads-up, you can't use the fridge as it is stocked full with drinks that if you move, will be charged to your room. It would be ideal if the hotel can have water bottle filling stations for their guests to use vs forcing guests to buy their expensive water in the room or at their convenience store. The garage parking is pretty tough, you'd often find yourself parked far away from the casino entrance. The front door drop-off and pick up area for drivers was also a little chaotic when busy. Altogether not a bad experience, be sure to budget for costly expenses but that is how Vegas is today.

Stayed there for a couple nights and felt the hotel is just outdated and not worth the price. The elevator situation was a pain to deal with. Staff was friendly and the food inside hotel is good.
