You can meet a cockroach every day.

Every day, a cockroach appeared in my room. After 2-3 complaints, they finally changed my room because they said no other rooms were available. When I asked them to at least clean the room, they said they only clean once every 3 days.

The hotel was less than a 10 minute walk to the Convention Center Central Hall. The hotel itself is pretty run down and in need of an upgrade. Liked the large room and decent sized refrigerator with small freezer space.

No internet?

The only issue I had with the Mardi Gras Hotel was the nonexistent internet connection. If you depend on an internet connection, you might not like it here.
