The room was definitely dated..they do appear to be doing some upgrades though. The room was relatively clean but the corners of the bathroom did has some dirt build up. The one negative that I did have was the key cards, they would not maintain programming to open our door. We were told to keep the cards away from credit cards but, that did not seem to make a difference. Less than 24 hours after receiving new cards they both lost programming again. One of the cards never left the room and was not in a wallet or near any other cards.

Strongly recommend not to stay at this location. We checked in and before we opened our luggages we decided to check the beds and mattresses and bathroom. Bathroom was stained and dirty and the mattresses were stained, dirty, and not pleasant at all. I complainted and they gave me a different room. Checked the mattresses and bathroom and it was the same story. We decided to cancel the reservation and went to a clean and pleasant hotel.

Pungent Urine smell!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When we opened the door To the first room we were assigned the strong smell of urine was so horrible that my wife dry heaved and almost threw up 3 times. We were able to get another room at this hotel because every other hotel had no availability. While it did not stink Like the prior room, the bed, chairs, carpets were all filthy as well as the bath tub. We asked for new bedsheets and were told they did not have any new ones and gave us a few towels that they could find in some cabinets. We put those down across the beds and floor to allow us to stay the night. Never again will I stay here. We asked for a refund and were instructed to contact Hotels.com. Please refund me the money that I wasted on this hotel. Thank you.

Pictures online are very misleading. Rug were atrocious . Bugs in the light fixtures and above the tub. No blankets, only paper sheets. Literally felt like printing paper. TV did not work. Can hear full convos in the next door hotel room. We got this hotel literally just to sleep in cause our plane came in late. I’d rather sleep in a car than this. $112 for a night after taxes.

The beds were clean and comfortable. We had an easy check in and out. Parking was plenty. The carpet needed a deep shampoo, but that was our only issue. It was a great inexpensive option to be able to rest for our adventures.

Pretty gross room

We were greeted by very welcoming employees who were nice and just wanted to make sure we had a nice time. Unfortunately the room didnt match. The bathroom floor was destroyed and coming up from the edges from water damage and the toilet seemed to have a small active link. Stains in the walls and a dirty shower curtain and unknown hair attached to the light in the shower.
