We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely hotel. Generous-sized room with super convenient kitchenette and lots of storage (amazing for the price point). Friendly and helpful staff in an ideal location, walkable to many sites and right near a subway line.

Nice stay

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The lobby and room were very clean. The linens were crispy and white. Bed was comfortable. We fell in love with Andy the doorman. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet. Great sleeping for us. We rented a suite so our daughter could sleep on the pull out. That was not very comfortable. Location is great. Midtown east. Quick walk to subway, Grand ce trail and UN area.

I'd love to return!

The San Carlos Hotel offered a Junior Suite with a kitchenette at prices comparable to other standard rooms at nearby hotels. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent for both Broadway theaters and Central Park. Good selection of restaurants and shops are nearby. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Shout of to Victor our bellman, so kind and understanding.

A quiet space in a vibrant city

The place is very good located, walkable and subway so close. Many places to buy, eat and have fun. The staff so friendly and always there to help. Our suite was great but the bed to tiny for two so they prepare the sofá bed in the living room and that makes the place not so fantástic, but anyway we hope to return someday
