The room was def neglected. No bathrobes, the bathroom sink kept backing up, the light over the toilet was out. There weren’t any cooking utensils in the room. No dish towels to use for washing the 2 plates, bowls and utensils that were brought up after requesting. No pots/pans, serving utensils though for cookware. The fridge was mostly an ice machine. The upper “freezer” didn’t freeze. The balcony was locked and no furniture to use even it wasn’t. I doubt the TVs we’re 42” of which there were 2. Not in separate rooms so they can’t be used at the same time. The bed was nice and they did bring up extra blankets upon request. The 2-person jet tub was amazing, although it was finicky to initially turn on. Shower had good pressure and they provide wall toiletries that were decent. The seasonal pool was closed so we couldn’t use the hot tub either. We were never told about the daily breakfast nor were the spa services available. Lots of areas closed for work. We did take full use of the gym. It was great. The valet staff were lovely and helpful. Valet services were free even with free parking on site. That was nice. We tipped our valet each time we took the car. They were on top of their game. The check in/out desk was not super friendly. Overall, it wasn’t the absolute worst stay ever in a place however, I will not return based on all the above. Oh! Plus, we were not given any paperwork and I recall the guy making a statement about the rules and no parties in a Vegas hotel.

Wonderful room and spectacular view. Luxury experience and a short walk to the casino. We did have an issue with not being able to reach the front desk by phone. Also, the unit we stayed in, there's no overhead lighting, so if you arrive at night you'll have to hunt around a bit to turn on lamps.

The room was large and comfortable including the bed. We rented the room for the deep jetted tub but the plug wouldnt keep the water from draining. It was also very dirty, had not been cleaned. The icemaker did not work. The water was turned off from 10 pm to 7 am the first night of our stay. We were told it was a routine maintenance by the desk clerk after we found a piece of paper on the counter that explained we would have no water.The information was not offered nor were guests made aware before booking. The clock was set 4 hours off and couldn't be changed.

customer service was terrible no communication did not know that I had to pay to go to the bar what’s miscommunicated over all the rooms were outdated and random people should show up in the parking lot. I don’t even know who’s supposed to actually be there or not not recommended. Definitely not staying here again.

The concierge was unprofessional and trying to suggest romantic interest inappropriately. The elevators were unreliable, the bathrooms carried smells from other rooms, the bubbles in the tub did not work. The glass on the balcony was dirty, the linens had not been washed and a previous guests shirt was in the closet. The staff was rude, parking was scarce and far, while multiple non guest show cars were parked where actual guests could but they think they are shooting a Diddy video. The security team is intimidating, overbearing and blantantly profiles guests by gender and race. The food was mediocre, the cleaning staff dismissive and nosey, they walk into the rooms even though they know guests are in them. The mattresses show signs of infestation, browning seams and clear trails of insect leavings. Ashes were in the bed frame, and there were strange stains on the bedroom ceiling in the penthouse, where I stayed, at a premium price. Never staying there again. Ever...
