I had the worst experience staying at this hotel. I had issue with my access keys and despite of repetitive complaints the staff at the reception did not address the problem and after couple of iterations getting locked outside of my room, the problem got fixed. One of the women staff with last name Ali was literally mocking me and making fun of my issue discussing the same with one of her colleagues. This all happened in my presence while I was being addressed by another staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff at the reception needs serious training, specially lady with last name Ali. I not able to recall her first name. I guess it started with V.

The location is great. Just off the strip. No casino so you can get away from that chaos at your hotel. Valet is outstanding. Staff was greats. I’d rate is a 5 except every morning the garbage trucks roll in around 4-4:30 a.m and they make it a point to let you know they are there. Makes you think they are just raising and lowering the same dumpster just make loud banging noises for about 30 minutes. There are that many dumpsters.
