Just an average hotel except for outstanding staff who were friendly, helpful from front desk to cleaning staff. Very good location, construction work not really that a problem. On the down side, room had only one very uncomforable chair, mold in the bathroom, hallway carpeting looked really old and worn.

I am writing this review for me two months ago! I was pouring over reviews, and there are many negative ones for this place. I was nervous to book, but happy to say that we had a wonderful stay. It’s about one block off the strip, super walkable to New York, the Bellagio, Paris, etc. This is a non-casino property, so not much activity in the hotel but we knew that and booked that intentionally. We booked the deluxe king and queen suite with a balcony and the price could not be beat for square footage. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly. There’s no daily maid service, but they do ask daily if you need replenishment of anything (dish soap, towels, etc.) and they come every 3 nights to clean the room. There were many reviews saying the property needs to be updated but honestly it’s fine. Valet was very friendly, got our car quickly and frequently. We would stay here again.

The beds were very comfortable but the roll in shower kept having water spill out making a huge mess in the bathroom during every shower. But other than that the suite was great. Nice having the kitchen access when having littles with us. Got to reheat lots of left overs that they didn’t finish in the restaurants. And the small living room kitchen table made the stay feel more relax like being at home instead of a small boxy hotel room.

Convenient location and very walkable. Close to a Target and lots of dining options. They were remodeling the elevators so the wait times were very long and sometimes the display acted up, but overall a nice experience. The room was spacious and clean.
