Just cross through the parking lot and you are on the strip. Great access to everything, and super central. Prefer this condo style to a hotel room as the fully stocked kitchenette was amazing. The store downstairs is super expensive, but other than that 10/10

Very friendly and professional staff. Great location. Very willing to help, just ask. We were trapped on the elevator for fifteen minutes as it jerked up and down with alarms blasting. The door would open between floors and the older lady on the elevator was sure she was going to die.No water for shower and toilet one day and the last day zero hot water for the shower. All of the problem stems from a Mechanical Staff member screwing around with the elevator and water. I really like the place but they need to find a solution.

my wife had an accident and broke her spine. had multiple Titanium plates and screws inserted in her spine and was in hospital for more than a week. All this happened between 24th of Oct and 31st Of Oct - when we were supposed to be in this Hotel in Las Vegas. We submitted the medical documents before the strat of the date of stay and also agreed for a couple of days deduction of the hotel rent from our prepaid amount. But the Hotel did not refund any amount from the pre-paid rent of 7 nights. This goes beyond business, it is inhuman. what feedback you expect for such inhuman attitude

Great location on the south of the Las Vegas strip, we stayed here as we like to have a balcony in our room when we are abroad. The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly. The pool area on the rooftop was great too. The only downside were the arrival of the dustbin collection trucks every morning at 5am which were very noisy if you were staying near where they are located.
