We stayed here for Jiu Jitsu Con 2025. It was close to the venue, provided a wonderful free breakfast, and was both comfortable and equipped with friendly staff! We will be staying here again in 2026!

The property is older but very well maintained. There was always someone cleaning around the property. I don’t think I ever saw a piece of trash or anything out of place the whole stay. The rooms were spacious and spotless. Housekeeping checked daily but we only needed towels/wash cloths replaced. Breakfast was average for hotel breakfast but always plentiful, cold choices and hot. Location: The hotel is good location for West Hall participants. There’s a gate that cuts through back side of property that leads straight to entrance. However, it’s not very convenient to restaurants or stores. You can walk to the corner, cross the intersection, and ride the monorail or there’s a bus stop across the road. Very friendly staff. Would def stay again.

Very good, not so good.

Good:The room was just as it’s pictured on site. The breakfast had very good options, staff was kind and the area was spacious, very clean and well kept. The housekeepers were beyond gracious and did all they could to accommodate. The bed was comfy. Shower was inviting and invigorating. Room was clean and kitchen space/living room was just right. Not so good. Air conditioner was very loud. It was 114 degrees so turning it off was not an option. We were on the first floor but could not open the windows or patio door to get some fresh air. There was a metal bar in each of them to prevent opening. The bathroom door stuck so getting in and out was a bother. There was no clock in the room. We stayed here before and didn’t have the same issues. Air conditioner was the only bother then.

Property was great. Super close to the convention center with an easy gate out to walk directly to it. Last day a homeless guy was walking around the complex but there seemed to be additional security at the lobby to talk care of any escalations.

The staff, check in, location walking distance to the Sphere, and breakfast were all great. The rooms needed repairs and upgrades. Also, there were no sheets for the pull out sofa, which defeated the purpose for staying in a room for a family of six. Usually Marriott hotels are a sure thing. Not this time.
