Decent stay.

Great stay for our large group of students. My only recommendation is that the hotel allow for adult chaperones to supervise 17 year olds in the gym. They did not allow them too use the facilities even with an adult. Considering the pool was closed this was not ideal.

Orleans is an older property. The rooms definitely need an upgrade as the bathrooms had black mold residue on the ceiling and the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been changed in decades. The rooms have thin walls so you can hear the TV next door and the people in the hallways. If you check in, be ready to wait as it took us 40 mins and we were the fourth person waiting in the line with three receptionists. If you don’t like the smell of smoke, then this is not the place for you.
