the hotel is always perfect every time we stay there but the service with Expedia is just been terrible we did had reservations for my team up on arrival the hotel had cxl it did not give us a reason and we had to scramble to get reservations on the spot and after two or three hours we were able to get one. I always used expedia for all my crews trips nations wide never had this issue but now dont know.

I liked the stay just check-in was not that great. Overall the experience was great but the room was dirty. Garbage, bed un made, towels wet so it was inconvenient because we are only there one night. Waiting and having to go back downstairs for new room frustrating. At checkout another family complained and for $25 for their inconvenience and she demanded more to eat for two people. I was too easy I got nothing just waste of my time.

I had a great stay at The Orleans Hotel in Las Vegas. The valet service stood out the most they were incredibly friendly, fast, and accommodating every time. It really made coming and going stress-free. Check-in was also a breeze, quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, and everything felt well-organized. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was outdated. One of the drawers kept opening and won’t stay closed. AC unit didn’t consistently stay cool even though never changed the temp. Can’t take anything u purchased at the casino into the pool no food or drinks do not like that.
