The best hotel I've ever stayed at, so roomie.. so clean and beautiful the only thing was that the queen beds seemed more like the size of a full.. but other than that I will be booking all my future Vegas stay here.

This is the perfect spot for anyone looking for some peace and quiet away from the Strip but still have it close enough so it's easy to walk to. The property is spotless and the staff is top notch. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to find an affordable, comfortable stay in Vegas.

Great property. For the crowd not looking for loud or a crazy environment. Large spacious suite, very comfortable beds, clean. great pool area. outside grounds around all of the villa's, public areas, pool etc., are very well maintained. I observed a large amount of ground and cleaning personnel constantly looking for anything out of place. picking up any little bit or trash, emptying the garbage cans, cleaning the windows on the public levels. Just really impressed with this. Tells me they care about how the property presents itself. Also, a large amount of security all over the property. They do not allow vagrants wander around anywhere on the property from the street. The concept is unique. Instead of a large tower (As with almost all Vegas properties) the property is split up into multiple villa buildings. This makes parking super convenient. You park next to your assigned villa and it's a short walk inside and up to the room. No wandering from a parking structure, through a casino and a half mile down a hall to your room. I would stay here again without a doubt. No need to be in the mix of the chaos on the strip. If you wish to go to the strip, just a few block walk down Flamingo. You are in line with the Caesars Palace for location.

It was very friendly service was great. The casino was nice, small and not overwhelming. The Toscana bar was very nice. Prices were very reasonable compared to the strip or downtown. The room was spacious and comfortable.

30 MINUTELONG CHECK IN/$50 RESORT FEE/NO MICROWAVE

Huge line to check in, waited at least 30 minutes even with electronic check in. Additional $50 each resort fee for each room, even though Hotels.com said all the fee's were included. To Late to do anything about that. Surprisingly NO Microwave, so planned meals weren't possible. Restaurants were too expensive. Quite a travel to our normal eating establishments.
