I had the center table brake the leg hit me i called the front desk and they made me feel like i broke it and the security was rude and excesive. Very bad expirience.

I liked that the whole building I was in was smoke-free. I loved how close and easy parking was. Walking was great since I have bad knees it was nice to be close to the sidewalk and easy access to everything. Staff was very helpful and quick at the front desk.

Love the pool and the landscspe around it, relaxing! I would prefer a better selection of music, classic rock, todays Country music, not music where every song has the same loud base, not very relaxing. Rooms are clean, very comfortable,and large. Appriciated the large tv and the large dresser with plenty of storage. stayed here many times, and the two additions guests would love is more light at bathroom vanity for makeup and shaving, also a shelf in shower, I had to place my razor on the shower floor while shaving my legs. I do love this resort, the atmosphere is wonderful. Pub is delish! I wil continue to stay here!

Tuscany isn't mammothly tall. I was surprised at the cost compared to the quality of the establishment. It felt like we got way more room and experience than the cost would indicate.

Good value for the price. Room was clean and smoke free. Shower had great water pressure and a real working fan. Negatives: hall constantly smelled like weed even though all rooms are nonsmoking. A lot of noise with maintenance or renovation going on outside the building. AC was very loud. We would stay there again

It was an excellent stay overall My wife and I encountered the heavy smell of marijuana in the room neither of us smoke so I didn’t want to have a non smoking room that smell of marijuana The agreement at check in is No Smoking and I didn’t want to be charge for smoking yet the room did have a heavy odor of marijuana But the casino is excellent the dealers Jocelyn Shawn and Cassie are the most patient people running a table at Marilyn Cafe Alice Inez and Marcelo are so welcoming and the food is outstanding the hospitality you can only find in a place like the Tuscany Suites and Casino We have enjoyed every stay at the Tuscany
