Housing Just like the independent contemporary chalet of 45m2 and two apartments in the house: the Floor of 90m2, the Appart of 32m2 on the ground floor South side, this studio completes the proposal of singular housing of our residence. We put all our know-how by selecting noble and quality materials. The decor is signed Michel Bouard with unique furniture and custom. The Studio of 24m2 is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quality bedding with a bed of 160x200. Bed linen provided. Equipped kitchenette: fridge-freezer, gas hob, high quality kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, microwave. Tea towels, sponges, household products provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Towels are not provided. The studio is heated. WIFI internet access, flat screen TV. Access to the adjoining garden with private part and all the necessary to spend good moments outdoors. The sidewalk access to the Studio also serves the apartment floor. A photo shows it to you. A private parking space is reserved for you to park your car.
