I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Heritage Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to the manager, Edward, who truly made the stay even better with his excellent leadership. The food was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and spacious, nice view of people walking about. Staff were polite, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent catered for local and international customers. Hotel is so close by Mall of Asia, the mall is excellent for shopping, relaxing and watching the sunset over Manila Bay.

Rooms clean. Staff are great. Food is good (maybe a little too expensive) The only downside is the rooms are a little dated. Carpet can definitely be replaced. That being said everytime we go to Manila this is our preferred hotel
