I liked that it was close to Lincoln center. Very convenient to go eat dinner and a few minute walk to museums and shopping. When I got there the room was very cold the heater wasn’t working so they brought us a mini portable heater.

Initial room was run down. Window blinds did not close and AC was behind a curtain, so room temp not bearable. Switched rooms 3 times until they gave us a room with AC and shades that worked. Also keys only worked one and after that we needed to get new keys before re-entering the room.

We liked that it was in a clean area. Not too crowded like Times Square. The conditions is what i didn’t like. Half of the shower head didn’t work. The room was not cold even setting it at 68 degrees we slept without blankets. We couldn’t sit properly on the commode, if we did our knees would touch the wall. Sink faucet was way too low basically touching the sink bowl. Hard to wash your hands. I chose it for the pool, the pool was tiiiny. Like 4’ in width. Not what i expected. Wish I would of done more research for our stay.

The property was in a great location. And it was very clean. I liked the empty fridge, and the people at the desk. However, I hated my room key, which only worked after I had it fixed (12 times), and then used 6-7 tries. And I didn't like the noisy air conditioner.
