Staff were 2nd to none.. room was beautifil.. Drive way up to hotel is a disgrace to be honest for a 4 star hotel
I liked everything. It was the most respected place myself partner and 3 year old daughter stayed. We stayed at alma house 3 weeks ago and got treated like unwanted animals by the woman Helen I think her name was she was a disgrace.
Check in staff and pool staff were very helpful. Room was spacious. Food from the bistro was lovely. Breakfast time was a bit chaotic(having to queue for hot food seemed to be the cause of the problem)
Great stay no complaints all positive. Staff werevery professional and courteous
Location of the property was excellent and facilities were also excellent. small drawback was the loud music in the bar as we were eating. Food in the bar was only fair, I would not eat there again.
