The accommodation and friendly staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast disappointing as in the past you could order freshly made hot breakfast bacon and eggs but now it’s in the buffet, cold plates, cold eggs and bacon like rubber.. next time we will dine out for breakfast.

Great location, thats it

Only positive is the great location and exterior architecture. Amenities provided were beyond basic for a hotel. Paid overnight parking but faced with lack of parking space when we returned in the evening. Launceston is such a great place to visit and we will not be using this chain of hotel on our return.

I loved the beautiful room, cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff and delicious meals. My only disappointment was that there was no bottled water in the room included in the cost. It would have been nice to have complentaty water available on arrival to the room.
